Ingredients :
- 120 g frozen bananas
- 60 g frozen pineapple
- 140 g frozen spinach and fresh parsley
- ½ small diced cucumber 
- 30g vegan protein
- 30cl Macadamia nut milk or other vegetable milk
 
Toppings :
- 300 g of fresh berries ( raspberries, strawberries)
- 1-2 c . chia seeds
- 20g Cru'sti Matin Fruits of the Sun
 
Preparation :
Blend all ingredients and serve with toppings. Enjoy !
